The FWC confirms the relocation of the remaining animals at Gulf World.

PANAMA CITY BEACH, Fla. (WMBB) – The dolphins may be gone, but there are other animals still living at Gulf World Marine Park.

The last of the dolphins were relocated on Tuesday, June 10.

Many people are worried about the animals that are still on the premises of the troubled attraction. The park is closed, but we understand there are still staff members caring for the animals still left. Friday morning, June 20, Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission officials issued an update, confirming they and partner agencies, are still removing the remaining animals and placing them with other facilities. They did not say how many animals, what types of animals or where they might be going. Before Gulf World Closed, the park housed dolphins, sea lions, seals, penguins, stingrays and birds. Clearwater Marine Aquarium also issued an update on how the 4-rough-toothed dolphins were acclimating in their new home. To learn more about the dolphins and see some updated pictures click
