- Kyle Larson Wins Again at Kansas, Dominating for His 3rd NASCAR Cup Series Victory of the Season
KANSAS CITY, Kan. — Kyle Larson continued his impressive NASCAR Cup Series campaign with a dominant performance at Kansas Speedway on Sunday, securing his third win of the 2025 season.
Driving the No. 5 Chevrolet for Hendrick Motorsports, Larson led the most laps and controlled the race from early on, showcasing speed, consistency, and expert racecraft on the 1.5-mile oval. His win adds to earlier victories this season and further solidifies his status as a championship contender.
“This car was unbelievable today,” Larson said after the race. “The team gave me everything I needed, and we were able to execute from start to finish. I’m proud of the effort and happy to get another win for this group.”
The win marks Larson’s second career victory at Kansas Speedway and moves him higher in the playoff standings, with just a handful of races remaining before the postseason.
Several top drivers, including Denny Hamlin, William Byron, and Christopher Bell, challenged Larson throughout the day, but none could match his pace in the final stages.
Te NASCAR Cup Series continues next weekend at Darlington Raceway, where Larson will look to maintain his momentum and inch closer to the regular-season points lead.
